That factory has supplied equipment into China's state tobacco production system and runs its own the factory's R&D team, so machines can be built or modified to your specifications — row spacing, bed width, engine type, branding. If your soil, climate or tobacco variety needs something the catalogue doesn't cover, we can have it engineered.

Each line comes from a plant we chose and inspected. Our diesel generator sets are built at a dedicated generator plant in Weifang, Shandong — Huangshan East Street 46, Xin'an Subdistrict, Anqiu, Weifang, Shandong, China. DINGHENG is an exporter, not a factory. Our partner factory in Shandong has 15+ years of production experience in tobacco farming machinery and has supplied equipment into China's state tobacco production system. We handle inspection, export documents, shipping and after-sales parts.
Yes. The factory we work with has its own R&D team, so we can modify row spacing, bed width, engine type, hopper capacity, branding and packaging. Tell us your soil, plot size and tobacco variety and we will propose a tailored configuration.
Standard delivery time is 15-30 working days after deposit confirmation, depending on the model and quantity. Customized orders may require additional time. Shipping depends on destination: road freight to Vietnam and nearby Southeast Asian markets, sea freight from Qingdao Port for other regions.
Yes, we provide comprehensive after-sales support including technical guidance, warranty service, and readily available spare parts. Our team responds to inquiries within 24 hours.
Two routes. To Vietnam and neighbouring Southeast Asian markets we ship by road via the China-Vietnam land border — a single machine can travel on its own, transit is fast, and the cost is usually far below air freight. To Africa, South America, the Middle East and other regions we ship by sea from Qingdao Port, quoted FOB or CIF. Tell us where you are and we will quote the best option.
